More than 15 species of pines, 12 of eucalyptuses and more than 100 ornamental plants guarantee the presence of flowers the whole year in Topes de Collantes. An extensive variety of ferns, medicinal plants, wild orchids and butterflies supplement the beautiful environment. Locust trees, cedar, mahogany, magnolia and teak, among other, distinguish the place, fundamentally, characterized by the prevalence of spineless, without presence of some species that can be dangerous for the man.The complicated mountainous characteristic of the area allows the existence of heights of different ranges, as well as small and fertile valleys.
